MCM Releases White Paper on Long Term Successful National Maintenance Strategy

A White Paper authored by Dr. Bill Solomonson, Learning Strategies Advisor at MCM, was released today on the MCM website. The White Paper details an approach of how changing the training model from a “train the person” model to a “sustainable learning” model can help meet the goal of creating a self-sufficient Afghanistan in terms of Logistics Support.
